You may place your orders directly on our website. When placing order, please double check that all the details, especially the shipping address, are filled correct.
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank deposit, as provided on the website.
Contact our customer service to request any changes in the order. You are able to make changes in your order if it is not packed or dispatched yet.
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days. Additionally, it is very important to note down that a video of unpacking the parcel is mandatory to go ahead with the exchange process. Once verified, we will definitely provide a replacement.
